At Crown Botanica Apothecary, every order is prepared with intention and packed with care to ensure your products arrive safely and beautifully.
📦 Processing Times
All orders are handmade in small, intentional batches.
• Standard processing: 2–4 business days
• Seasonal or high-volume periods: 5–7 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
• Order weight
• Destination
• Shipping carrier
Typical delivery windows:
• Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited U.S. Shipping: 2–3 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
🌍 International Shipping
Crown Botanica offers international shipping to select countries.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes imposed by their country.
Delivery times vary based on destination.
📬 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been marked delivered by the carrier, Crown Botanica Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your order arrives damaged:
1. Email us at hello@crownbotanica.com
2. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage
We will be happy to assist you.
✏️ Address Changes
Entered the wrong address?
Email hello@crownbotanica.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
After an order has shipped, we cannot modify delivery details.
🕊️ Pre-Orders or Made-to-Order Items
If you ever list limited batches or pre-order items:
Pre-order items ship on the date listed in the product description. Orders containing both in stock and pre-order items will ship together unless otherwise stated.
