Crown Botanica Apothecary offers small batch, handcrafted botanical products intended for personal use. For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including hair oils, beard oils, shampoos, washes, accessoriesand shower steamers.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
