All Sales Are Final

Because each Crown Botanica Apothecary product is handcrafted in small batches and intended for personal use, all sales are final.

For health, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@crownbotanica.com.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product(s), packaging, and shipping box

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will gladly send a replacement item or issue store credit for products affected due to an error on our part.

Shipping Policy

Crown Botanica Apothecary is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
• Lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as Delivered by the carrier
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout
