I’m Tiffany, founder of Crown Botanica Apothecary. Crown Botanica was born during a season of healing in my life, a time when I needed softness, comfort, and a reminder that I could grow again.

For years, I poured into everyone around me. As a nurse, I cared for patients. As a woman and a mother, I carried responsibilities, expectations, and emotional weight. But there came a moment when I realized I was not truly caring for myself.

So I slowed down. I listened to my body. I created space to breathe, to rest, to release, and to rebuild.

During that time, I began making herbal infused oils and creating steam rituals, not as a business, but as a return to myself. Something gentle. Something grounding. Something that made me feel whole again.

What started as personal care became a calling, and soon, an apothecary rooted in intention.

Every bottle and every steam ritual represents a part of that journey. Patience. Self love. Restoration. Returning to softness.

Today, I share these small batch, intention filled creations for crown, beard, and breath with those on their own journey of growth and renewal.
